Job summary

Enva Recycling Scotland is hiring a Class 2 Trade Driver for the Newbridge depot on a permanent basis. You will work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4am to 2pm with overtime eligibility, driving assigned vehicles to collect waste and ensure timely, professional service.

Responsibilities include daily checks, compliance with driver hours, record-keeping, and maintaining vehicle security while delivering high levels of customer service. Training and benefits are provided by Enva.

Qualifications

• Hold a full Class 2 driving licence.
• Hold a valid DCPC qualification.
• Hold a valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Maintain a professional and organised approach at work.
• Demonstrate good time management and reliability.
• Show initiative and willingness to perform a range of duties.
• Ability to operate assigned vehicles safely and competently.

Enva Recycling Scotland is hiring a Class 2 Trade Driver to join the Newbridge depot in a permanent basis.
Working 45h a week, Monday - Friday, 4am to 2pm with eligibility for overtime
In this role, you will safely and competently operate assigned vehicles on allocated routes in a timely, professional and customer focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy and presentable to Company standards
• Collect all waste from allocated customers
• Comply with all legislation including driver’s hours and highway regulations
• Hold a duty of care to self & others
• Ensure vehicle security including equipment & plant
• Maintain of mandatory driver/vehicle records
• Provide customers with the highest level of service

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Hold full Class 2 driving licence
• Hold valid DCPC
