Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Night Driver in Cheltenham. The role involves multi-drop deliveries across the UK, with 48 hours per week and night shifts (start times between 20:00 and 03:00). Full training is provided and a temp-to-perm path is available.

You will hold a Cat C licence, Driver CPC, and Tachograph Card, with knowledge of drivers’ hours and transport regulations. Training and ongoing support are provided by a reputable employer.

HGV Class 2 Driver - Night Shifts Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Salary: £36,519 per annum Hours: 48 hours per week (5 shifts) Start Times: Between 20:00 - 03:00

We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for night shifts with a well-established dairy company based in Cheltenham. Newly qualified drivers are welcome - full training provided

The Role

As an HGV Class 2 Night Driver, you will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries across the UK, ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a temp to perm opportunity with the potential to secure a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle in line with UK driving laws and tachograph regulations
• Completing multi-drop deliveries to depots and customer sites
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Loading and unloading goods (some manual handling involved)
• Completing delivery paperwork and/or handheld system records
• Providing a professional level of customer service

Requirements
