RE Resource Group is seeking a Class 2 HGV Driver (Category C) for multi-drop deliveries in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. You will operate a temperature-controlled delivery routine, ensuring safe handling of dairy products and timely service to retail customers.

Newly qualified drivers are welcome; full training and ongoing development are provided. The role includes night shifts with start times around 11pm–2am and a generous pay package with a basic salary and bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid digital tachograph card.
• Safety-conscious driving approach.
• Customer-focused attitude and good communication.
• Ability to undertake manual handling.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Drive a Class 2 HGV safely and responsibly in line with UK road transport regulations.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries to retail customers across the region.
• Load and unload goods, including manual handling where required.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
• Maintain product quality, stock rotation and delivery accuracy.
• Follow health and safety, food hygiene and security procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the business professionally.
• Support colleagues with holiday and absence cover when required.

Salary: £36,519.52 per annum + £20 weekly driving safety bonus

Hours: Average 48 hours per week, 5 shifts per week

Shift Pattern: Nights, with start times typically between 11pm and 2am

We are recruiting Class 2 / Category C HGV Drivers to join a busy haulage and distribution operation based in Cheltenham. You'll be responsible for delivering fresh dairy products and related goods to retail customers across the region, providing a professional, reliable and friendly service.

Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply! If you've recently passed your Category C test and are looking to build your driving career, full training and ongoing development are available.

The Role

You'll be working on a multi-drop delivery operation in a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring products reach customers safely, on time and in excellent condition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving a Class 2 HGV safely and responsibly in line with UK road transport regulations.

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to retail customers across the region.

• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects.

• Maintaining product quality, stock rotation and delivery accuracy.

What We're Looking For

• Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement.

• Valid Driver CPC qualification.

New pass drivers are encouraged to apply - previous HGV driving experience is advantageous but not essential where training is provided.
