Job summary

RE Recruitment Group in Cheltenham seeks a reliable Class 2 HGV Driver (Category C) for multi-drop deliveries of dairy products in a temperature-controlled environment. Night shifts with start times around 11pm–2am, training provided, and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

The role offers a competitive salary of £36,519.52 per year plus a £20 weekly driving safety bonus, 22 days leave, pension, cycle-to-work, and development opportunities, with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid digital tachograph card.
• Safety-conscious and customer-focused driver.
• Flexibility for night shifts, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 HGV safely and legally on multi-drop deliveries.
• Deliver dairy products to retail customers across the region.
• Load and unload goods; assist with manual handling when required.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report defects.
• Maintain product quality and delivery accuracy; follow food hygiene procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist colleagues during holidays.
