Job summary

Travis Perkins Wimborne is seeking a Class 2 HGV driver. No evenings or overnights, with sociable hours and permanent full-time employment.

You’ll deliver building materials from the branch to local customers, load with the HIAB, ensure everything is secure and legal, and complete around 14 drops a day before reloading at the branch. Qualifications

• You’ll need a Class 2 driving license, up-to-date CPC records, and have held a Category B license for 12+ months.
• HIAB experience: We’ll fund your HIAB training.
• Customer-focused: You’ll be confident building and developing relationships with customers.
• Safety-focused: You’ll prioritise safety in every aspect of your work, completing tasks in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials from the branch to local customers, ensuring safe and proper loading.
• Operate HIAB to load and unload, checking everything is properly packed and legal.
• Make around 14 drops a day and return to the branch to reload as needed.
