Job summary

Travis Perkins Group in Market Drayton is seeking a Class 2 HGV driver to deliver building materials from the branch to local customers. You will load the HIAB, ensure loads are properly packed and compliant, and make around 14 daily drops before returning to the branch for reloads.

No evenings or overnights are required. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary, plus a potential £2,700 annual bonus, funded CPC/HIAB training, staff discounts, a pension, and ongoing

Qualifications

• You’ll need a Class 2 driving license, up-to-date CPC records, and have held a Category B license for 12+ months.
• HIAB training will be funded/training provided by the company.
• Customer-focused approach to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Safety is a priority in all tasks and professional conduct is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials from the branch to local customers and ensure loads are secure and compliant.
• Operate HIAB and load/unload safely when required.
• Complete around 14 drops per day and return to the branch to reload as needed.
• Maintain professionalism on the road and in customer interactions.
