Job summary

HG Recruitment is seeking a reliable HGV driver for shifts in Portbury, Bristol. You will join an established client and benefit from competitive pay, weekly wages and ongoing shifts, with support from the HG Recruitment team.

Requirements include a UK HGV Class 2 licence, CPC and Tachograph Card, and clean driving history. Weekly pay and regular work are offered, with a focus on safe, professional deliveries.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of drivers hours and Working Time rules.
• A valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than six points on your licence for minor endorsements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to complete multi-drop deliveries and manual handling.

Pay Rates:

The role

• Average shifts of 810 hours
• Day shifts starting at 05:00
• Minimum eight paid hours per shift
• The first 45-minute break is unpaid
