Job summary

Logical Personnel Solutions is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers to start immediately for ongoing work through to the end of the year. This role involves Monday to Friday shifts with every other Saturday, plus weekend overtime opportunities.

You will deliver goods on cages, perform light handball, and receive ongoing training and support to keep you safe and compliant. Applicants must hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence, have a CPC, a tachograph record of at least 60 days, and a clear five-year

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence held for at least 2 years.
• Tachograph with at least 60 days driving experience.
• Valid CPC certification and clear employment history (5 years).

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load and unload cargo securely.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and driving hours.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients.
• Represent the client professionally at all times.

Role

• Monday to Friday
• Every other Saturday required
• Weekend overtime availability
• Delivering goods on cages
• Light handball.

Rates

• Days: £15 - £18.50 per hour
• Weekends: £17 - £23 per hour

Requirements

• Clear Employment History for the last 5 years (no gaps)
