Job summary

RecruitEasy are seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a client site in Torquay, Devon. This temporary role starts immediately with a pay rate of £16.00–£17.50 per hour, paid weekly, and involves multidrop deliveries in the local area.

Required are a valid HGV Class 2 licence, CPC card, and a digital tachograph card, plus relevant qualifications and tickets. Training, safety compliance, and a professional customer-service approach are expected throughout the placement.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out multidrop deliveries across the local area.
• Loading and unloading goods as required.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points.
• Ensuring compliance with drivers' hours, tachograph, and road transport regulations.
• Maintaining a safe and professional approach at all times.

RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to work for our client based in Torquay, Devon.

Duration: Temporary

Start Date: 14-08-2026

Pay Rate: £16.00 - £17.50 Per Hour - paid weekly!

Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.

We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!
