Job summary

Pertemps Bristol Industrial is seeking a reliable HGV Class 2 driver for night shifts at Avonmouth, Bristol. You will perform night store deliveries, multi-drop runs of 20–30 stops, and ensure loading/unloading with cages and tail lift, plus pre- and post-trip checks and accurate paperwork.

Role requires CPC, Digi Tachograph, and knowledge of the UK road network and WTD, with a rotating 4–5 shifts per week, 10–12 hour nights starting between 23:30 and 03:00. Pay £17–£22 per hour (PAYE).

Qualifications

• UK HGV Class 2 licence with minimum 2 years UK driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digi Tachograph card
• Good knowledge of UK road network and WTD

Job description

Pay: £17.00-£22.00 per hour (PAYE) (paid breaks)

Location: Avonmouth, Bristol (BS11)

Contract: Temporary ongoing or temporary to permanent

Shift Pattern: Rotating shift patternstart times between 23:30 and 03:00. 4-5 shift a week across Monday to Sunday

Shift length: 10-12 hours

What you will need

• UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence with 2+ years' UK experience (Can accept with less experience if booked onto a day with our training academy)
• Valid CPC and Digi Tachograph card
• Good knowledge of UK road network and WTD
• Max 6 points (no DD, DR, IN or TT)
