Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is hiring an HGV Driver Plant and MEWP Load/Unload to join our team in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for timely collection and deliveries to customer sites while meeting customer expectations.

You will operate commercial vehicles, ensure safety checks, and handle loading and unloading of rental equipment including heavy plant. The role offers real living wage, development opportunities and a supportive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles for the transportation of goods.
• Check vehicle safety and roadworthiness before journeys and ensure safe loading/unloading.
• Load and unload rental, electrical and powered access equipment including heavy plant.
• Visit customer locations and communicate with internal and external customers.
• Adhere to legal and company safety requirements and working time directive at all times.

• Operating commercial vehicles for the transportation of goods
• Ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy before commencing any journey, as well as the safe loading, unloading and security of the vehicle load
• Load and unload rental, electrical and powered access equipment including heavy plant
• Visiting customer locations, communicating with both internal and external customers
• Ensuring that the legal and company safety requirements, alongside the working time directive regulations are adhered to at all time
