Job summary

Jewson Leeds, part of STARK Building Materials UK, is recruiting a HGV Class 2 delivery driver with HIAB responsibilities. You will deliver building materials to customers, load/unload, operate the crane, and support team members in a varied daily role.

Full induction at our training academy is provided, with ongoing CPC training and generous benefits. The role offers social hours and opportunities for progression within the STARK group.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Must hold a valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
• Multidrop experience is handy but not a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers as a customer-facing driver.
• Load and unload goods, operate the crane (HIAB) and assist the team as needed.
• Provide professional, friendly service and maintain strong health and safety standards.

What To Expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we'll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you'll do, to where you will be delivering. You'll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it's not a necessity
