Change Waste Recycling Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking a transport operative with a Class 2 HGV licence to join a growing, award-winning team. You will operate trade waste vehicles across Glasgow, building strong client relationships and ensuring timely collections.

The role is full-time, with a 4 days on / 4 days off pattern and you’ll be home every night. Overtime and training are provided, with pension contributions and other benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Active, reliable and customer-focused candidate.
• Willingness to commute to Queenslie Industrial Estate.
• Experience driving in urban routes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate trade waste vehicles across Glasgow and collect for regular customers.
• Ensure vehicle safety and maintain good customer relations while on route.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll operate trade waste vehicles across Glasgow, completing collections for regular customers. This active and customer‑facing role lets you build relationships and learn the best routes and collection times.

Your commitment to vehicle safety and customer service will be essential when representing Change Waste Recycling. Multi‑drop delivery or collection experience is advantageous but not essential.

We need someone active, reliable, and customer‑focused who enjoys driving in the city. Must be able to commute to Queenslie Industrial Estate.
