Job summary

GAP Group Limited is seeking a driver to join the Plant & Tool Division in the UK. You will load, deliver, and collect hire equipment such as diggers, dumpers, and power tools to construction and infrastructure sites, ensuring safe handling and clear paperwork on each job.

You will navigate city streets and rural roads, demonstrate equipment on site when required, and maintain high standards of safety and customer service across a dynamic schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a driving role, ideally delivering plant or tool equipment.
• Full UK driving licence with Category C (HGV) entitlement essential.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver and collect hire equipment safely and professionally.
• Demonstrate kit on site when required.
• Complete checks and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Provide a professional, friendly service to customers and colleagues.
