Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Severn Beach, Bristol. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Night Drivers to join the team on an ongoing basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates. Shifts are nights, Monday to Sunday with weekend availability required.

Pay £17.59 per hour PAYE. The role involves safely transporting palletised parcels to couriers and delivery units, handling around 45 stops, and loading/unloading using a tail

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 2 (Category C) entitlement.
• New Pass Welcome.
• Valid and in-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Understanding of WTD legislation.
• Willingness to complete a short driving assessment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting palletised parcels to couriers and delivery units.
• Completing runs with approximately 45 stops.
• Loading and unloading using a tail lift and pump truck.
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and following safe working practices.
• Providing a professional and courteous service to customers.
