Job summary

Bryson Group is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to lead our new Driver + 2 model in Northern Ireland. The role is permanent, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with pay between £16.20 and £24.30 per hour, paid weekly.

You will operate Class 2 vehicles, guide your team through daily routes, and support loading occasionally. Required: at least 1 year of Class 2 driving, valid HGV Class C license, and a Driver CPC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience driving Class 2 vehicles.
• Valid Class C Driving License (HGV) required.
• Valid Driver CPC required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage routes for Class 2 vehicles as part of the Driver + 2 model.
• Lead daily operations and ensure high-quality service to communities.
• Occasionally assist with loading when required.

Bryson Recycling is now recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to lead the way as we bring in our new Driver + 2 model.

As the driver, you’ll be at the heart of our kerbside recycling service, operating our Class 2 vehicles, guiding your team through daily routes, and ensuring high-quality service across our communities. While this is a primarily driving-focused role, you may be required to occasionally provide loading support when operationally needed.
