Advance Staff in Birmingham is seeking reliable Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join our expanding transport team. You will be responsible for safe, timely deliveries to commercial and retail customers across the Midlands and surrounding areas.

The role requires a valid UK Class 2 licence, CPC, tachograph card, and clean driving record. We offer competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and ongoing driver training to support your development and long-term employment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence and a valid Driver CPC.
• Must have a Digital Tachograph card.
• Good knowledge of UK driving regulations and road rules.
• Evidence of 2+ years Class 2 driving experience and a clean licence (no more than 6 points).
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 2 (Category C) vehicles safely and professionally.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Carry out multi-drop deliveries and collections.
• Accurate completion of paperwork and delivery documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and company policies.

The Role

As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to commercial and retail customers throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Essential

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Minimum 2 years' experience holding a Class 2 licence

• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements)
