Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK is seeking a professional HGV Class 2 driver for Jewson Glasgow to join our delivery team. You will safely transport building materials to customer sites in a timely and courteous manner, with a strong focus on workplace safety and customer service.

The role includes crane work with HIAB training provided, loading and unloading, and collaboration with branch colleagues to ensure efficient service and accurate deliveries across daily routes.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
• Multidrop experience is handy but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers.
• Load and unload goods and operate the HIAB crane.
• Support team members as needed.

What to expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
