Job summary

MRK Transportation Ltd is seeking experienced HGV 1 Tramper drivers to join our Knowsley site. You will be responsible for transporting palletised goods within the UK, ensuring on-time deliveries and maintaining our strong reputation in the haulage sector.

Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply; depending on experience, additional training or an assessment may be required. Full-time, permanent roles with a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• HGV 1 C+E licence is essential.
• CPC Cards are essential.
• Driver Card is essential.
• Maximum 6 penalty points with no DD/DR/IN endorsements.
• Good understanding of tachograph and driver hours regulations.
• Compliance with company policies and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV 1 C+E vehicles across the UK to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Adhere to tachograph rules and driver hours regulations.
• Maintain safe operation of all vehicles and comply with company policies.
• Assist with training or assessment if required for newly qualified drivers.
