B&M Retail Limited is hiring HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers for our Bedford Distribution Centre. Full-time, permanent role with 4 on 4 off shifts, including overnight slots. The role focuses on safe, timely deliveries across the network and strict adherence to transport regulations.

Formación

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with <=6 points.
• Minimum 6 months driving experience.
• No DD or DR endorsements.
• Valid Driver CPC card and annual CPC modules.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers

We are currently looking for HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join the team at our Bedford Distribution Centre!

Location: Bedford Distribution Centre
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Available Shifts

• 4 on 4 off – 00:00 – 01:00
• 4 on 4 off – 01:00 – 02:00

Pay Rates

• Weekdays: £18.69 per hour
• Weekends: £21.31 per hour

Overtime

• paid at x 1.25/hr for any hours worked above contracted hours

What You’ll Be Doing

As an HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our stores receive deliveries safely and efficiently across the network.

• Completing store deliveries and collections safely and on time
• Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport legislation
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and tachograph records
• Delivering excellent standards of professionalism and safety at all times

What We’re Looking For

• A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with no more than 6 points
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience
• No DD or DR endorsements
• A valid Driver CPC card and annual CPC modules
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
