Job summary

Adapt Logistics is seeking experienced Class 1 tipper drivers for Liverpool Dock assignments. Start times vary by day: 06:30 days and 18:30 nights, with breaks paid and a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours. Roles involve collecting loads from boats and delivering to a dockside warehouse within the Liverpool docks.

Rates start at £17.00-£19.05 with holiday pay options, rising to £21.00-£23.53 for weekends/shift differentials. Valid CPC and EU hours knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (min 6 months in C&E work).
• DCPC valid card for Driver CPC.

Responsibilities

• Collect live loads from boat and move to warehouse within Liverpool Dock.
• Work shifts including days, nights and weekends as specified.

CLASS 1 Tipper Drivers

Liverpool Docks

Starting at 06:30am Days / starting 18:30 Nights CALLING all experienced Class 1 Tipper Drivers to work on Liverpool Dock. Collecting live loads (aggregate / food grains) from the boat and move to a closed in warehouse located within the dock - NO Dock Card Needed !

£17.00 or £19.05 inc hol pay M-F Days

£18.00 or £20.17 inc hol pay M-F Night

£19.50 or £21.85 inc hol pay Sat

£21.00 or £23.53 inc hol pay Sun / BHol

BREAKS PAID * Min 10 hours guaranteed

Here is what the clients’ criteria is to work here:-

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 6 months in C&E work)
• No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence
• DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card
• Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules
• Enjoy working with people at the stores
• Health & Safety awareness

Our drivers can expect Hourly PAYE rates and have the option to accrue holiday pay within their hourly rate or build a holiday pot to be paid when they are on holiday.
