Job summary

The Results People in Oldbury are seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 shunter/tug driver for a full-time role with guaranteed shifts and consistent work.

Applicants must have a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC, and at least 12 months of Class 1 driving experience including shunting. The position runs 18:00–03:00 with pay rates of £19.50ph or £21.85ph including holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Class 1 driver with shunting experience.
• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence and Driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph card and clean licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Safely moving trailers and yard tug units.

This is a full time opportunity with guaranteed shifts and consistent work.

Duties:

• Safely moving trailers and yard tug units


• Shift times: 18:00-03:00

Pay rates PAYE:

• £19.50ph


• £21.85ph including holiday pay

Requirements:

• Assessment required before starting.


• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.


• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Class 1 driver (shunting experience essential)


• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.


• No more than 6 points on licence (minor endorsements only).
