Job summary

The Results People is currently looking for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Shunter/Tug Drivers for a well-established client based in Burbage.

This is a full time opportunity with guaranteed shifts and consistent work. Duties include safely moving trailers and yard tug units, with shift times of 07:00-15:00 or 18:00-03:00 and PAYE rates quoted for days and nights.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• 12+ months experience as a Class 1 driver (shunting essential).
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence.

Responsibilities

• Safely move trailers and yard tug units on site.
• Operate shifts: 07:00-15:00 or 18:00-03:00.

• DAYS £18.26ph (£20.46ph including holiday pay)
• NIGHTS £19.50ph (£21.85ph including holiday pay)

Requirements

• Assessment required before starting.
• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Class 1 driver (shunting experience essential)
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor endorsements only).
