Job summary

The Results People are seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Shunter/Tug Driver for a well-established client in Hinckley. This full-time role offers guaranteed shifts and consistent work with evening to night hours (18:00-03:00).

Key requirements include a valid HGV Class 1 licence, CPC and Tachograph cards, and at least 12 months of Class 1 driving experience with shunting essential. A CPC card is essential and licence must have no more than 6 points.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 12 months of Class 1 driving experience with shunting experience.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.

This is a full time opportunity with guaranteed shifts and consistent work.

Duties:

• Safely moving trailers and yard tug units

Shift times: 18:00-03:00

Pay rates PAYE:

• £19.50ph
• £21.85ph including holiday pay

Requirements:

• Assessment required before starting.
• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Class 1 driver (shunting experience essential)
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor endorsements only).
