We're Hiring Class 1 Drivers!

Backline Logistics are recruiting HGV Class 1/ Category C+E Night drivers for trunk runs starting at 18:30pm until finish in Plymouth, Devon. Paid at £17.50 per hour for a minimum of 9 hours per shift.

We have work in various locations including Plymouth, Ivybridge, Tavistock, Saltash & Totnes and more.

Guaranteed weekly salary for the right person (Up to 38K for a multi skilled person)

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (Category CE) Driving Licence
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 6 months HGV driving experience (preferred, not essential)
• Strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
• Good knowledge of UK road networks
• A professional and positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Own transport to travel to work
• Complete training as required
