Job summary

Driver Require LTD is recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 night drivers for trunking work in Basildon. PAYE inc. holiday pay: £18.25 per hour. Start times vary 17:00–20:00, with trunking between depots and ad hoc shifts based on client needs.

Candidates must hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence, tachograph and CPC cards, and have at least 1 year of HGV1 experience. Endorsements CU, DD, DR, IN10, TT99, CD or others may disqualify applicants.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid HGV Class 1 licence.
• Tacho and CPC cards required.

Responsibilities

• Trunking from depot to depot.
• Regular vehicle checks.
• Manual handling of customer products.
• Timely and efficient deliveries and transportation.

HGV Class 1 driver - Trunking work Rate

(PAYE inc. holiday pay): Night work - Monday to Sunday

£18.25 per hour

Job Details:

• Start times vary from 17:00pm until 20:00pm
• Trunking from depot to depot
• Adhoc shifts (shifts based on client requirements)
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
• Manual handling of customer products
• Timely and efficient completion of deliveries and transportation

Candidate requirements:

• Valid Driving License HGV Class 1 driver
• Flexible for adhoc shifts
• Valid Tacho and CPC cards
• Minimum 1 year experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles
