Job summary

Pertemps is seeking a reliable Night Driver in Gloucester to operate Class 1 (C+E) work, trunking to regional depots and delivering pallets in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Shifts run mainly nights with pay at £17.71 per hour, weekly or monthly pay options, and a range of benefits including holiday allowance and pension. Full induction and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• Hold a valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
• Have no more than 9 points for minor endorsements.
• Have a positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle.
• Successfully complete company induction, theory assessment, vehicle checks, driving assessment and reversing test.

Full Time HGV Class 1 Trunk Driver (Nights) needed in Gloucester working Monday Night to Friday Night (in to Saturday morning) Paying £17.71ph all hours paid + holiday entitlement on top, Full time on going work with the same client, permanent for the right driver. New passes are accepted for this role.

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Class 1 (C+E) Night Driver to join our national client. This role involves trunking to other depots across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring goods are transported safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all legal and company regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys working independently and delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role

• Shifts starting between 19:00 - 21:00
• Full pallet deliveries using curtain-sided vehicles
• No handballing required
• Distance runs available

Requirements

• Hold a valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Hold a valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
• Be over 21 years of age (insurance purposes)
• Have no more than 9 points for minor endorsements
