Job summary

Driver Hire Bradford is seeking reliable HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for Bradford and Halifax routes. The role covers trunk runs, RDC deliveries, trailer swaps, and general haulage with flexible shift patterns and pay £18 per hour PAYE.

Newly qualified drivers welcome; preference given to those with 2 years' experience. This is a full-time / temp-to-perm position offering weekly pay, ongoing work, and potential permanent opportunities with a supportive transport team.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Newly passed drivers accepted, but 2 years' experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of UK road networks.
• Strong timekeeping and communication skills.
• Flexible shift patterns welcome.

Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and professional HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers for a leading haulage, distribution, and logistics operation based in Bradford and Halifax. Drivers will be completing trunk runs, RDC deliveries, trailer swaps, and general haulage work depending on the route and shift pattern.

Newly passed Class 1 drivers are welcome to apply, although preference will be given to drivers with 2 years' experience.
