Job summary

Driver Hire Bradford is seeking reliable HGV Class 1 drivers for Bradford and Halifax routes. The role involves trunk runs, RDC deliveries, trailer swaps, and general haulage work across varied shift patterns. Newly passed drivers are welcome; preference given to those with 2 years' experience.

You will operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles, complete paperwork accurately, perform vehicle checks, and comply with driver hours regulations. Weekly pay and ongoing long-term opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Newly passed drivers accepted
• 2 years' Class 1 experience preferred
• Good knowledge of UK road networks
• Strong timekeeping and communication skills
• Flexible approach to shift patterns

Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and professional HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers for a leading haulage, distribution, and logistics operation based in Bradford and Halifax. Drivers will be completing trunk runs, RDC deliveries, trailer swaps, and general haulage work depending on the route and shift pattern.

Newly passed Class 1 drivers are welcome to apply, although preference will be given to drivers with 2 years' experience.
