Job summary

Kenect Recruitment in the Widnes area is hiring HGV Class 1 drivers for a prestigious client. This temp-to-perm role starts on agency for 12 weeks before moving to a permanent contract with the client. NEW PASSES ACCEPTED!

You will operate a class 1 vehicle with a walking floor and complete a driving assessment and training. Shifts include day and night, runs from Monday to Sunday, with start times at 0400/0600. Weekly pay is £17 per hour PAYE with holidays accrued.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Cat CE.
• No more than 6 points on your licence - no DG/DR endorsements due to insurance purposes.
• A valid CPC and tachograph card.
• Hi vis and safety boots.

Responsibilities

• Attend driving assessment and training.
• Pass drug and alcohol test prior to starting.

As a HGV Class 1 driver, you will be responsiblefor driving a class 1 vehicle with a walking floor. Experience isn't necessary as you will have both a driving assessment and receive training. You will be required to do a drug and alcohol test prior to starting.

The role:

• Temp to perm positions available
• Day and night shiftsavailable
• Runs available between Monday and Sunday
• Start time on days is 0400/0600
• Paid weekly at £17ph PAYE with holodays accrued

Requirements:
