Job summary

Romac Logistics Ltd. are recruiting a HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team in Coupar Angus. Drive Class 1 (C+E) vehicles and trunk between depots and RDCs, operating refrigerated trailers to ensure on-time deliveries and product integrity.

Daily vehicle checks and accurate paperwork are required, with adherence to UK driving regulations and the Working Time Directive. We offer full training, a supportive team, progression opportunities, a company pension, holiday allowance and more.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of driver hours & WTD.
• Strong work ethic and good timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 (C+E) vehicles – trunking between depots and Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs).
• Operate refrigerated trailers, ensuring product integrity and on-time delivery.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate paperwork and digital logs.
• Comply with UK driving regulations and the Working Time Directive.
• Keep your vehicle clean and presentable (some self-tipping required).
