Job summary
Workforce Staffing Ltd in the United Kingdom is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a well-established transport operation based in Droitwich, offering competitive pay, regular shift patterns and long-term employment opportunities.
The role involves refrigerated multi-drop deliveries to retail stores, up to 15 drops per shift, use of tail lifts and cages, daily vehicle checks, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Night and day shifts are available with overtime and weekend work.
Qualifications
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
- Minimum 4 months of practical Class 1 driving experience.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good understanding of WTD and EU Drivers' Hours Regulations.
- Reliable, professional and safety-conscious attitude.
- Willingness to work weekends as part of a regular rota.
Responsibilities
- Refrigerated multi-drop deliveries to retail stores and shops.
- Up to 15 drops per shift.
- Use of tail lifts and cages.
- Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.
- Vehicle preparation and refuelling.
- Safe, efficient and timely deliveries.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service.
