Job summary

The Staffing Network is seeking experienced Class 1 HGV drivers for ongoing work in the Wakefield area, delivering refrigerated loads on regular routes. You may work full-time, part-time or weekends, with flexible shifts in a 7-day operation.

New drivers sign up bonus £200 after 200 hours in 2026; weekly pay and shift options across 10–12 hour blocks. Immediate starts available and discount scheme access provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles.
• No more than 3 points on your licence and no CD/IN/DR/TT codes.
• Fridge trailer experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated trailers on regular routes.
• Deliver mainly into RDCs.
• Occasional self-tip/load using the pallet truck provided.
• Shifts typically last 10–12 hours.

The role:

• Driving refrigerated trailers on regular routes
• Mainly delivering into RDCs
• Occasional self-tip/load using the pallet truck provided
• Shifts typically lasting 10–12 hours

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles
• No more than 3 points on your licence
• No CD, IN, DR, or TT codes
• Fridge trailer experience would be an advantage
