Job summary

Pure Staff Driving is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for a Bilston-based client in the poultry and food manufacturing sector. Immediate starts are available for a reliable driver preferring a regular four-day Friday to Monday pattern with Friday to Monday days and Tue–Thu off.

Typical day starts are around 03:00 or 14:00–16:00, with shifts around 10 hours. Roles involve 1–3 RDC deliveries or collections per shift across nationwide routes with refrigerated trailers.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Cat C+E licence.
• Tachograph and CPC cards required.
• Up to 6 penalty points and a safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete 1–3 RDC deliveries or collections per shift.
• Operate modern refrigerated trailers on planned nationwide routes.
• Maintain shift lengths around 10 hours with early or afternoon start times.
