Job summary

Pure Staff Driving is recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver in Bilston. You will complete 1 to 3 RDC deliveries or collections per shift with refrigerated trailers, on a Thursday/Friday to Monday/Tuesday pattern. Day starts vary from 04:00 to 16:00 and nights (16:00–03:59) are paid at higher rates.

There are immediate starts and occasional temp-to-perm opportunities. A UK Category C+E licence, tachograph card, and Driver CPC are required, along with 12 months’ Class 1 experience and up to 6

Qualifications

• UK Category C+E Licence
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid Driver CPC Card
• Minimum 12 month's HGV Class 1 driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude
• Good understanding of Driver Hours, Working Time Regulations, tachograph legislation and daily vehicle safety checks

Responsibilities

• Complete 1 to 3 RDC deliveries or collections per shift using refrigerated trailers.
• Follow Thursday/Friday to Monday/Tuesday shift pattern with day starts between 04:00 and 16:00.
• Maintain safety and compliance with tachograph rules and daily vehicle checks.
