Job summary

Dropp Logistics is hiring experienced and new pass HGV Class 1 drivers to service a leading UK retailer. Roles involve delivering caged items from distribution centre to stores using single or double deck trailers, with day and night shifts on a 5 on/3 off rota.

All runs are planned for 11.5 hours including breaks; vacancies are for full-time, part-time and temp-to-perm roles. Based in Preston, there are 10 openings for this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably with flatbed lorries.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for transporting goods.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record (maximum 6 points).
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Good time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Dropp Logistics are looking for a large number of Class 1 Drivers to work for one of the UK's leading retailers.

Delivery of caged items from distribution centre, to store using single or double deck trailers.

5 On 3 off shift pattern on a rota

Days and nights available

Nights - £210 per shift

All runs are planned for 11.5 hours including breaks.

New Pass Driver and experienced drivers are more than welcome to apply!
