Tom Orange Recruitment Ltd is helping a client recruit HGV drivers for various shifts across the UK. Roles include daytime, night, and weekend starts with guaranteed 8–hour shifts and optional 4 on/4 off patterns. Frozen distribution of foods and nationwide trunking are involved.

Applicants must have a valid HGV licence with at least 24 months of referenceable work history, be over 25, and have no more than 6 points on their licence. Immediate starts available through temp-to-perm options.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV vehicles for trunking and deliveries.
• Interact with loads and RDCs; some loading/ unloading interactions.
• Average shift length of 10–12 hours; pre-loaded palletised products.

Our client is looking for HGV drivers to work Monday - Friday Any Start Time

Weekends also available Start times to suit for part time / semi-retired or mid-week shifts.

Guaranteed 8 hr shifts

£17.00 per hr Days or £19.05 with holiday pay

£18.00 per hr Nights or £20.17 with Holiday pay

£20.00 per hr Saturday & Sunday or £22.41 with Holiday pay

Temp to perms also available 4 on 4 off .

Frozen distribution of foods nationwide easy trunking.

Driving Mercs & Dafs Automatics pulling refrigerated trailers single & double deckers

Trunking to RDCs some interaction with the load,

RDC deliveries & collections - Average shift 10 / 12 hours

Pre-loaded vehicle - palletised products

Must have held licence with 24 months referenceable work history. NO DR DD Etc
