Job summary

Balloo Hire Centre Ltd. in Omagh is seeking a HGV Class 1 Driver to join the transport team on a permanent basis. The role involves delivering and collecting a range of hire equipment across Northern Ireland, performing daily vehicle checks, and keeping the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.

Applicants must be aged 25+ for insurance purposes, with a Class 1 licence, up-to-date Driver CPC, and a Digi Tachograph card. A competitive base salary and career opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• Class 1 licence at minimum.
• Up-to-date Driver CPC required.
• Driver Digi Tachograph card required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good knowledge of Northern Ireland geography.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting hire equipment across Northern Ireland, on building sites, businesses, events, and homes.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks.
• Keeping the vehicle clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
• Maintain health and safety awareness in a fast-paced environment.
• Age 25 or over for insurance purposes.
