Culina Group in Telford is seeking professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our chilled operation, delivering to key retail customers across the UK. You will hold LGV Class C+E licence with DCPC, have at least 6 months LGV experience, a full UK licence, and strong attention to detail.

We’re looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our CML team in Telford, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK.

This is a permanent day driving role offering full-time stability, and the opportunity to be part of a trusted logistics operation. You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.

Shift patterns available

• This role is a 3 on 4 off Night shift pattern working Friday, Saturday, Sunday (First shift starting Thursday Night!)
• Start Windows between 18:00 - 23:0

Our 3 on, 4 off shift pattern provides extended periods of rest, greater flexibility, and an outstanding work-life balance, making it ideal for those who value quality time outside of work.

Due to the nature of the products being delivered, our drivers will have 3 hour start windows to ensure they are flexible depending on volume

Salary: £30256.34 basic with opportunity for OTE with shift and overtime allowance
