Job summary

Culina Group is recruiting a professional HGV Class 1 Driver to join the CML team in Telford, delivering chilled and ambient products to key UK retailers. This permanent day driving role offers stability and a supportive transport team focused on safe driving and high standards.

You will work a 3 on 4 off pattern with start windows 14:00–18:00, and you'll need a UK LGV C+E licence, CPC, and at least 6 months LGV experience.

Qualifications

• Possession of LGV Class C+E Licence and valid DCPC.
• Minimum 6 months experience driving LGV.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

We’re looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our CML team in Telford, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK.

This is a permanent day driving role offering full-time stability, and the opportunity to be part of a trusted logistics operation. You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.

Shift patterns available

• This role is a 3 on 4 off shift pattern working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Start Windows between 14:00 - 18:00

Our 3 on, 4 off shift pattern provides extended periods of rest, greater flexibility, and an outstanding work-life balance, making it ideal for those who value quality time outside of work.

Due to the nature of the products being delivered, our drivers will have 3 hour start windows to ensure they are flexible depending on volume

Salary: £28867.32 basic with opportunity for OTE with shift and overtime allowance
