Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking professional HGV Class 1 drivers to join the CML team in Telford. This permanent role supports our chilled and ambient operations, with a strong emphasis on safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards.

You will join a dedicated transport team, delivering to key retail customers across the UK. The role requires 3 on 4 off night shift patterns with start windows 18:00–23:00 and a basic salary with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possession of LGV C+E Licence and valid DCPC.
• Minimum 6 months experience driving LGV (desirable).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Professional and approachable on the road.
• Excellent communication skills while delivering to customers.

We’re looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our CML team in Telford, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK.

This is a permanent day driving role offering full-time stability, and the opportunity to be part of a trusted logistics operation. You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.

Shift patterns available

• This role is a 3 on 4 off Night shift pattern working Friday, Saturday, Sunday (First shift starting Thursday Night!)
• Start Windows between 18:00 - 23:00

Our 3 on, 4 off shift pattern provides extended periods of rest, greater flexibility, and an outstanding work-life balance, making it ideal for those who value quality time outside of work.

Due to the nature of the products being delivered, our drivers will have 3 hour start windows to ensure they are flexible depending on volume

Salary: £30256.34 basic with opportunity for OTE with shift and overtime allowance

Qualifications
