Pertemps Bristol Perm Hub is sourcing an HGV Class 1 Driver for a six-to-eight-week assignment in Cote, starting Monday 10th August. The role offers a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule with start times around 05:00–06:00, paying £16.50 per hour.

The work involves driving a modern curtain-sided vehicle for warehouse-to-warehouse deliveries. All loads are forklift-loaded/unloaded, with no manual handling, and daily vehicle checks plus delivery paperwork are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class 1 (Category CE) Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Professional, reliable attitude and knowledge of drivers' hours regulations.
• Own transport essential for depot location outside Highbridge.

Responsibilities

• Driving a modern Class 1 curtain-sided vehicle.
• Warehouse-to-warehouse deliveries with forklift loading/unloading.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and delivery paperwork.
