Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking professional HGV Class 1 drivers for temporary to permanent positions in Bridgwater. You will deliver goods to retail stores, perform scheduled deliveries, and ensure vehicle compliance with transport regulations while providing excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 licence (C+E) with valid driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph card and knowledge of drivers’ hours regulations.

Hours – start times earlies 3.00am or 4.00am

lates 2.00pm or 3.00pm

Pay - £17.30 to £25.96 includes shift premiums, overtime, enhanced weekend rates. Realistic earnings up to £50,000 per annum.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering goods safely and efficiently to retail stores
• Completing scheduled store deliveries and collections
• Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
• Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism

What You'll Need:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and working time regulations
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Store delivery experience preferred but not essential
