Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver for a permanent, full-time role. You will handle multi-drop deliveries, load/unload, and ensure on-time, safe deliveries while maintaining vehicle checks.

The role runs 45 hours per week with alternating day and night shifts; 7:30am starts on days and 5:30pm starts on nights, with overtime and a benefits package including pension, discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 Licence.
• Driver CPC and Driver Card.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries to customers.
• Loading and unloading vehicles with some manual handling.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on schedule.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and load security.
• Working closely with warehouse and transport teams.
• Forklift operation (training available if required).
• Support warehouse duties when needed.

Are you an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver looking for a new opportunity with a well-established and growing business in Manchester?

I'm currently supporting a fantastic company who are expanding their team and are looking to add a reliable and professional Class 1 Driver to their operation based in Radcliffe, Manchester. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability.

The Role

• Multi-drop deliveries to customers.
• Loading and unloading vehicles, including some manual handling.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on schedule.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining load security.

• Supporting warehouse duties when needed.

Working Hours

• 45 hours per week.
• Alternating day and night shifts.
• Week 1: Days, starting at 7:30am.
• Week 2: Nights, starting at 5:30pm.
• Overtime available.
