Job summary

DCS Recruitment is seeking reliable Class 1 (C+E) HGV drivers to join the Warrington team. You will be responsible for safe and timely deliveries while delivering excellent customer service and complying with driving regulations.

Salary: £16.40 per hour + Holiday Pay

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and professional Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods while maintaining excellent customer service and complying with all driving regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles.
• Complete deliveries and collections on time.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Ensure compliance with drivers’ hours, tachograph, and road transport regulations.
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers.

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good knowledge of UK driving laws and drivers’ hours regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
