Job summary

Pertemps Bristol Industrial is recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join an Avonmouth operation. You will trunk, deliver palletised goods, load via forklift, and provide a professional service. Day, night and weekend shifts are available, with weekly or monthly pay options.

We offer a temporary to permanent path after 12 weeks via agency; you must have a valid Category C+E licence, CPC and tachograph card, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C+E driving licence and CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card held and current.
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points; no DD, DR or IN endorsements.
• Good customer service and professional, reliable approach.

Responsibilities

• Trunking work with 2-3 drops max.
• Deliver palletized merchandise, clothing, homeware, and stock.
• Loads primarily forklifted; provide safe, professional service.
• Deliveries completed safely and efficiently; customer-focused.

HGV Class 1 Driver– Avonmouth

We are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to join an operation based in Avonmouth£19.23 per hour PAYE | £24.04 overtime | Monday to Friday/ Flexible shift patter | Temporary to Permanent or Temporary.

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering a range of products

Day rate £19.23 per hour , Night rate £21.54 and weekend base rate £24.04£24.04 per hour overtime paid after 45 hoursMonday to Friday , weekend and other shift patterns availableApproximately 40–45 hours per weekWeekly pay or monthly pay.Opportunity for a permanent contract after 12 successful weeks via agencyThe role will involve:
