Job summary

Resolve Recruitment Services is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for day and night shifts. You will transport goods across the UK, perform inspections, and maintain accurate records with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role requires a UK C+E licence, Driver CPC, Tachograph Card and at least 18 months of HGV experience. Flexibility for day/night shifts and weekends is needed; overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Valid UK C+E (Class 1) driving licence with minimal or no penalty points.
• Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 18 months’ HGV driving experience.
• Knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport goods across the UK within planned routes and schedules.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, driving hours and mileage.
• Communicate any delays or issues to the logistics team promptly.
• Ensure loads are secure and compliant with standards; deliver professional customer service.
