Job summary

First Logistics 1998 Limited is actively recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 (CE) driver for a contract based in Rochdale. We offer day and night rotations, with overtime opportunities on some contracts.

Immediate starts available and competitive pay rates for days, nights, Saturdays and Sundays. Requirements include a valid Category C+E / HGV Class 1 licence, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph Card, and at least 12 months of Class 1 driving experience.

• Valid Category C+E / HGV Class 1 licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• At least 12 months of experience as a Class 1 Driver.
• No more than 6 points for minor offences.
• No DD, DR, IN, CD or TT convictions.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 (CE) to join our growing team for a contract we have based in ROCHDALE. Days and nights available. Some contracts pay overtime after 8 hours - 1.5x. Mixture of trunking and general haulage. Immediate starts. Pay Rates (holiday upfront): £18.00/h on Days £19.00/h on Nights £20.17/h on Saturdays £22.41/h on Sundays. Pay Rates (holiday accrued): £16.06/h on Days + OT £16.95/h on Nights + OT £18/h on Saturdays £20/h on Sundays
