Orbital Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 driver for a client in Leicester. You will handle trunking and general haulage, curtain-sider work, and perform daily vehicle checks.

Applicants must hold a Class 1 licence, Full UK Driving Licence, CPC and Tachograph, with 2+ years of Class 1 experience and clean penalty points. Induction pay after completing 3 full shifts; shifts run Mon–Sat, with start times between 05:00–08:00.

Qualificações

• HGV Class 1 licence and full UK driving licence are essential.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph compliance required.
• 2+ years HGV Class 1 experience preferred.

Duties:

• HGV Class 1

Experience Needed/ About You:

• HGV Class 1 licence
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
• Minimum 2 years HGV Class 1 Experience
• Maximum 6 Penalty Points (no DD, DR, IN)
• Good Communication Skills
• Team Player
• Flexible Approach
• Immediate Start
• Paid 4 hour Induction on completion of 3 full shifts

Pay/ Salary:

• holiday pay included
• M-F £18 p/h Sat - £20p/h Sun/BH - £21 p/h

Hours & Contract Type:

• Monday to Saturday
• Days - Start times between 0500 and 0800
• 10 - 12 hour shifts
