Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver based in Aylesford. The role involves delivering to depots across the UK, with morning, afternoon or night shifts and an opportunity for overtime. Weekly pay and access to state-of-the-art vehicles are among the benefits.

ADHOC or shift work is available, with ongoing and temp-to-perm opportunities. You may be required to load/unload, and training/induction will cover safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with HGV Class 1, CPC and Digi tachograph.
• HIAB licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles across the UK to depots.
• Load and unload as required (handball).
• Adhere to safety and traffic regulations during deliveries.

KPI Recruiting are looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver for our client based in Aylesford. Our client is a leading provider in the delivery industry within the UK, with state-of-the-art vehicles and services provided! Our client is looking to add to their pool of HGV Class 1 drivers as they continue to grow and expand their team.

Job description for a HGV Class 1 Driver:

• ADHOC or Shift work available
• Morning, Afternoon or Night Shift
• £15.80 per hour
• Ongoing and temp to perm opportunities
• Average of an 8 hour day
• Year-round positions
• Opportunity for overtime
• Drivers' benefits include - weekly pay, additional shifts within KPI driving contacts available, use of state-of-the-art vehicles.

Your role will include driving the HGV Class 1 vehicle across the country, delivering to different Depots across the UK. you will be required to load and unload when needed so handball can be involved.

Rates for a HGV Class 1 Driver(PAYE) –

• £15.80 per hour days
• £18.07 per hour nights

The ideal candidate for a HGV Class 1 Driver will need the following:

• All up to date driving licence, CPC and Digi along with HIAB licence
• No IN, DD, DR endorsements on licence
• Hi vis and safety boots
